My Program
-
As a transition coach, I help my clients create a vision of the future they want, and then support them as they pursue it.
My intention it to give young people the much needed time and space to raise their level of consciousness around their identity and help them live into the best versions of themselves as inspired leaders of their own lives.
-
Helping clients navigate current and upcoming changes in their lives.
Through high school graduation to the next chosen phase of life.
As college students or young adults living independently.
After college graduation; navigating the unforeseen changes in routines, activities (i.e., athletics, fraternity/sorority life) to professional life.
-
My clients will experience personal growth and transformational change.
My clients will also develop new awareness around who they are today, who they want to be, and where they want to go. This is the first step in moving forward confidently in the direction of one's dreams. My role is to facilitate this transition journey alongside my clients.
-
I facilitate the transition journey alongside my client.
Self-discovery is an important process at any stage of life, but especially useful in the midst of a significant transition.
Having a one-year vision plan and the opportunity to do a deep discovery into your talents, traits and behaviors greatly impacts one's success.
-
My clients will walk away with an inspired new growth mindset focused on their one-year vision plan and will have a newfound level of confidence that will lead them to take action to move forward in the direction of their goals and dreams.
-
My clients will feel encouraged knowing they have the freedom to choose who they want to be and how they want to show up in the world. They will have a new sense of self and be able to shift the way they feel about themselves and the world they live in. I will support my clients by holding them accountable to their identified goals and weekly actions steps.

Transformational Change
What would it mean for you to know your child has a safe person to talk to in order to gain clarity and reduce stress about the next steps forward in their near future?
I care deeply about the mental health of teens and young adults, and the unique challenges they face. My coaching program offers invaluable one-on-one time for my young clients to communicate and process their dreams and options for their future, as well as all feelings and fears associated with transitioning into their next phase of their life. I will offer unconditional love and listening, non-judgment and the opportunity to help prepare them for the future. My coaching provides a safe place for young clients to be stretched and set up for growth. Scheduled time for your child to communicate and process thoughts, feelings and fears associated with transitioning into their next phase of life.
High School Parents—Fact: We parents are biased resources. I will be a safe and an unbiased resource. For high schoolers it is perfectly normal for them to experience an array of emotions, often conflicting—excitement and hope, and fear and anxiety during their junior and senior years of high school. My hope is to serve teenagers and young adults (as well as their parents) in being an integral part of their support system (team) interested in helping them navigate the freedoms (opportunities), responsibilities and decisions that are all a part of transitioning into adulthood.
Another benefit of working with me as coach is I will be able to help students differentiate themselves from test scores and their peers, helping them live their story, their purpose. I will support them in thinking beyond their current circumstances by bringing awareness around how to be more intentional with their time and talents and in helping them make any desired personal revisions. My intention it to help them positively move forward with their goals and dreams.
Your kids often will not listen to you because, “Parents don’t know anything.” That’s what many teens think. Let’s face it, most teens don’t even know themselves. Coming of age is a challenging time in a teen’s life when they are consciously or unconsciously creating their identity and trying to figure life out one day at a time. Often teens are engaged in multiple activities, high school academics and being forced to make multiple decisions about their future in a relatively short amount of time. I am passionate about helping young people grow into their best selves! This is why I created a unique coaching program specifically for teenagers. I want to support young people (as well as their parents), and be an integral part of their support system (team). I am interested in helping them navigate the freedoms, opportunities, responsibilities and decisions that are all a part of transitioning into adulthood. My coaching process encourages teens to take ownership of their opportunities, decisions and communications in the process.
